We provide wedding photography and videography services throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and the Province of Ontario, Canada, and operate the website located at wedbro.ca (the "Website"). WedBro provides wedding photography and videography services primarily in Ontario, Canada. Our Website and marketing efforts are directed specifically toward residents of this province.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act("PIPEDA") and other applicable privacy laws. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use, disclose, and protect it, and what rights and choices are available to you.

By visiting our Website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

This Policy applies to personal information we collect through:

• signed Service Agreements and related booking or event documentation.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites that may be linked from our Website. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them separately.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you use our Website, submit an inquiry, or communicate with us regarding our services, we may collect:

• the names of the Bride, Groom, and/or other primary point(s) of contact;
• email address(es) and phone number(s);
• mailing or billing address (where applicable);
• wedding or event date(s), venue(s), and location(s);
• package preferences, budget information, and any comments, notes, or reference materials (e.g., mood boards, sample images) submitted through our forms or correspondence;
• payment-related information necessary to arrange retainers and balances. There is currently no online payment on our Website — retainers and balances are arranged directly with you (e.g., by Interac e-Transfer or other direct bank transfer), and we do not collect or store credit card numbers. If we introduce online payment through a third-party payment processor in the future, this Policy will be updated first to describe how that provider handles your payment information;
• names and contact details of other individuals involved in your event that you choose to share with us (e.g., a wedding planner or venue coordinator).

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, wedbro.ca may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including:

• IP address, browser type and version, device type, and operating system;
• pages viewed, time spent on our Website, referring website or search terms, and approximate location (city/region) derived from your IP address;
• cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7 below).

4. How We Use Your Information

• respond to inquiries and provide consultations;
• prepare quotes, proposals, and Service Agreements;
• process bookings, retainers, and final invoices/payments;
• customize and tailor our photography/videography packages to your event;
• communicate with you regarding scheduling, logistics, timelines, and delivery of your final media;
• send administrative or transactional communications (e.g., booking confirmations, invoices, delivery notifications);
• with your consent, send promotional or marketing communications (e.g., seasonal promotions, availability updates), in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation ("CASL"). You may withdraw this consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly;
• maintain business, accounting, and tax records as required by law;
• monitor, maintain, and improve the performance and content of our Website, generally through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

We do not use your personal information for any purpose incompatible with those listed above without obtaining your additional consent, where required by law.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

To fulfill our service obligations to you, we may share necessary event details (such as names, contact information, event date, and venue location) strictly with:

• our authorized independent contractors, including the assigned lead photographer(s), videographer(s), second shooters, and post-production/editing personnel — each of whom is bound by confidentiality obligations;
• third-party service providers who support our business operations, such as cloud storage and backup providers, online gallery/delivery platforms, email service providers, and scheduling or invoicing software;
• our professional advisors (e.g., accountants or legal counsel), where necessary;
• a successor entity in connection with a sale, merger, financing, or reorganization of our business, in which case your information may be transferred as a business asset, subject to this Policy or a substantially similar one.

We may also disclose personal information where required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of WedBro, our clients, contractors, or others.

6. Photography, Videography, and Marketing Use of Images

As part of our services, we photograph and/or film your wedding or event. Unless you notify us otherwise in writing (or as specifically agreed in your signed Service Agreement), you grant WedBro a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use select images and video footage from your event for our own portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including on our Website, social media accounts, print advertising, and industry publications or award submissions.

We will never sell your images or footage to third parties for their own independent commercial use, and we will not publicly display your personal contact information (such as your home address or phone number) alongside any published image without your consent. If you would prefer that your images or footage not be used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing before your event, and we will honour that request going forward, in accordance with the opt-out provisions of your Service Agreement.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Website may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to:

• remember your preferences and improve your browsing experience;
• understand how visitors use our Website (e.g., through Google Analytics or similar analytics tools);
• support advertising and remarketing features (e.g., Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Ads), where applicable.

As of this writing, our Website uses the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to show relevant ads to past visitors. Since our services and marketing are directed at Ontario residents (see Section 1), most visitors see a brief notice on their first visit, and the Pixel is active by default. If our Website detects that you're visiting from Quebec, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom — regions with stricter consent requirements — you will instead be shown the option to accept or decline before the Pixel is turned on. You may control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time, though doing so may affect certain features of our Website. We do not currently run any other analytics or advertising scripts; this section will be updated first if that changes.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to:

• complete your booking and deliver your final photos and/or video;
• comply with applicable tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping obligations (generally up to seven (7) years for financial records, in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency requirements);
• maintain a reasonable portfolio archive of delivered work, unless you have specifically requested its removal.

When personal information is no longer required for these purposes, we will take reasonable steps to securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it, subject to our legal retention obligations.

10. Your Rights Under PIPEDA

Subject to certain legal exceptions, you have the right to:

• request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information;
• request deletion of your personal information where it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected;

Our Website and services are not directed at, and are not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
